If you love interacting with people and you’re interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you! 1-Competitive Salary 2-Great Benefits Package Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Candidate must be able to perform a variety of general office duties to include, but not limited to: • Answering telephones• Respond to customer-facing requests• Record and distribute messages• Take payments• File and maintain customer records Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills About Company: North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation was formed in 1936 as a non-profit general farm organization to serve farmers and provide a unified voice for the interests and needs of the farming community.
