We seek an experienced Payments Specialist that can help us to continue to grow our Payments Solution client base. If the profile below sounds like you - let’s talk! What You'll Do The Payments Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales, customer success, and support teams in all aspects of the customer’s payment journey. This includes merchant boarding, underwriting, training, utilization and overall client support to help ensure a successful customer experience from beginning to end. The payment specialist will also be looked upon to assist with, own, and resolve projects related to our payment service. Outcomes You’ll Own Merchant Training/Activation for Customers – Serve as primary point of contact for merchant training/activation and provide exceptional customer service to our customers New Account Onboarding and Utilization - Collaborate with our sales/customer success/learning/support teams to onboard new accounts and drive high utilization of the payment service. Work quickly with clients to provide a smooth transition to boarding their merchant account. Keep sales/onboarding teams updated on status and account needs to ensure timely merchant account setup and readiness for implementation Reporting and System Validation - Collaborate with Team Lead and Program Manager to ensure reporting is accurate and appropriate systems (Salesforce) are accurately updated. Help to maintain documentation of boarding, training, and support procedures Resolve Escalations for DI Payments Feature - Serve as escalation point for all things payment related, notifying team lead and PM as applicable.
