This is a full-time Billing and Coding Lead role. It oversees billing and coding operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires leading the billing and coding team; collaborating with providers and patients; reviewing and resolve coding-related issues; providing training and guidance; and optimizing billing and coding processes.This role is located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and understanding of medical billing and coding guidelines and regulations Proficiency in medical coding standards and systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Expertise in healthcare insurance plans and reimbursement procedures Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is a must 3+ experience in a leadership or supervisory role Benefits: Health insurance 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance PTO Powered by JazzHR
