Junior AccountantLocation: NovaHybrid SchedulePay: $55000 - $65000 / year (Depending on experience)Type: Contract/Contract to HireJob briefOur client is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team and work with their accounting department to oversee their organization's expenses. Responsibilities * Forecasting * Setting up vendors in oracle * Contacting vendors * Entering tax payments * Manipulating spreadsheets * Process expense reports. * Reconciling accounts * Analyzing data * Updating W9s * Processing 1099s * May assist with AP and ARRequirements and skills * Advanced competency in accounting and business management software * In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable principles, accounting standards and industry regulations * Extensive experience in account reconciliation * Great time management and organizational skills * Excellent collaboration and communication abilities * Relevant training and/or certifications as an Accounting Specialist IND 002-004
