RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide valuable insights and recommendations regarding the company's financial health Drive regular finance communication and meetings on a quarterly and monthly basis Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reporting and reconciliations Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts on a quarterly basis, involving proactive financial modeling Manage supply budgeting for three entities and multiple locations, including departmental budgets Take ownership of payroll processing using HRIS (Paycom) on a bi-weekly basis Manage benefits administration, including annual renewal, review, and all administrative duties Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions, doctor payments, and partner distributions (equity) Oversee and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners to support the company's financial needs This is a full time, in-person role based in the Houston, TX area QUALIFICATIONS Required : 5+ years of experience in Accounting OR Ambulatory Surgical Center/Healthcare billing 3+ years in a Director/VP of Finance role P&L experience with a minimum of $20M in revenue Experience managing (AP/AR), with a focus on budgeting Experience processing payroll and working with HRIS systems Bachelor's degree Preferred : Active CPA license P&L experience with revenue exceeding $50M Proficiency in contract negotiations & vendor relationship management Master's degree Desired : Familiarity with Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR) systems Experience working with Quickbooks Experience in real estate budgeting THE COMPANY – MEMORIAL PLASTIC SURGERY Founded in 2013 by Dr. Patrick Hsu, Memorial Plastic Surgery quickly ascended as a leader in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the face, breast, and body.
