Key Responsibilities: Serve as the account manager and trusted adviser for client operational contacts Manage operational implementation and execution of client payment policy decisions Coordinate and manage client-related internal and joint meetings Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience 7+ years related experience with minimum of 5+ years in healthcare operations 3+ years of project or team management experience 3+ years of client relationship management experience Strong leadership qualities and successful track record in managing and developing people
