A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Lead. Key Responsibilities: Own multiple RCM operational functions and drive performance based on key KPIs Develop and execute strategies to make significant gains against KPIs Perform root cause analysis on issues inhibiting operational performance and develop recommendations Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in Healthcare organizations, preferably in Revenue Cycle Operations Strong leadership skills to align team goals, drive performance, and develop team members Deep understanding of important KPIs and ability to improve performance effectively Ability to identify operational pain points and provide corresponding solutions Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot as priorities change
