A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Technical Services in Specialty Solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and evaluate the Client Support Operations team to meet standards and procedures Identify and resolve problem areas within product lines and services Define and maintain standard procedures, ensure compliance, and provide leadership and coaching to team members Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher 5+ years' experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry 5+ years' experience in customer-facing roles and leading globally diverse teams Detailed knowledge of clinical adjudication and eligibility processes within clinical trials General knowledge of regulatory guidelines from ICH, FDA, EMEA
