About the Role: We're in search of a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Coordinator. Our ideal candidate boasts a solid grasp of accounting principles, stellar communication abilities, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's financial triumphs while honing invaluable skills in an ever-evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Aid in accounts payable and receivable operations, encompassing invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. Uphold precise and current financial records in alignment with company policies and protocols. Compile monthly financial reports and lend support in budgeting and forecasting endeavors. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, inclusive of journal entries and account reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams to rectify discrepancies and ensure prompt resolution of financial matters. Provide assistance during audits and furnish necessary documentation as required. Contribute to initiatives aimed at refining accounting processes for heightened efficiency. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Over 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP. Strong analytical prowess coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards. CPA certification or progress toward attainment is considered advantageous.
