The Regulatory Manager is responsible for ensuring a company’s policies and procedures comply regulatory and ethical standards. To ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This person will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance compliance matters.Primary Job Duties Include but are not limited to:· Maintaining and manageing air emissions compliance/programs· Manageing Product/Food Safety program· Establishing and executing a strategic plan for the company safety program which will ensure compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and local regulations and safety standards while developing a culture of safety.· Developing risk management strategies.· Designing ongoing training programs for employees.· Ensuring successful annual audits and ongoing compliance· Identifying best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
