You'll do this by supporting the Client Services team and overseeing the membership journey as a first point of contact for client members. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy showing off your juggling skills, read on! What you'll be doing: Serve as first point of contact for member inquiries and requests. Oversee the membership journey which includes processing new members, handling renewals documenting and executing all member processes. Maintain membership information and prepare membership trend and activity reports. Interface with members and volunteer leaders via various communication channels (email, phone, collaboration sites, etc.). Assist in producing collateral, presentations, and other membership materials. Coordinate and support conference calls and face-to-face meetings Assist in the coordination of logistics for trade shows and events, shipping, collateral production, promotional items, etc. Support client website services, database management and support tool implementation. Fully utilize all organizational tools and platforms including collaboration sites, association management tools and project management systems. Ensure that data within each is kept current and up to date. Support client team members and provide administrative support on projects and tasks. Help train, monitor, and support the onboarding and management of team intern(s) As our next Program Coordinator, you will bring: 1-2 years of Program Coordinator or Executive Assistant experience preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce, CRM-type platforms, Project management tools such as Wrike. Detail-oriented, with strong and effective organizational, problem solving and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision, as a team member and work well under pressure Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Must be comfortable in a collaborative small-company environment and demonstrate a "rolled up sleeves" working style. Willingness and ability to travel, if required (5%, both international and domestic, valid passport required. The target hiring range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
