Job Description Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a Accounting Clerk working with our client in South Denver. This is a position working 100% onsite for a distribution company. The position responsibilities include: * Support daily invoicing for customer orders. * Aid in processing vendor payments and maintaining accurate accounting spreadsheets. * Determine payment distributions and handle shipping preparations. * Assist in managing accounts payable, including receiving invoices and maintaining vendor records. * Help with various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, expense reports, and maintaining compliance with resale licensing requirements. Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 2+ years of accounting experience supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management. * Intermediate MS Office experience using Excel and Word. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
