Regional Manager : Restaurant Group Location: Chicago, IL Salary: 100,000 : 110,000 Our client is a growing restaurant group that is known for its unique atmosphere, inventive menus, and acclaimed cocktail programs. They are expanding their concepts and are seeking a regional manager to help oversee their operations. This prosents a great opportunity for a industry leader to join a growing group Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.* Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.* Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.* Ensure consistent delivery of high:quality food, service, and overall guest experience across all locations.* Oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role in the restaurant industry.* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.* In:depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front:of:house and back:of:house procedures.* Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
