We are seeking experienced Journeyman Lead HVAC Installers to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial customers. Training opportunities for career growth, industry certifications, and advancement Benefits : 70% company paid Medical Insurance W/ low Deductibles Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short Term Disability 6 Paid Holidays 401K W/ Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Paid Vacation Take home company vehicle + gas card Company uniforms Position: Journeyman HVAC New Construction Installer Pay Scale : $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Install new and replacement commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems meeting industry standards, safety requirements, and specifications Work in partnership with team members, customers, and contractors to complete installations efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during install Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record Pass background check and drug screen Allen Country Journeyman license 2 years of Installation Job lead experience EPA Universal Certificate Well organized and ability to work independently Great customer service Continuous improvement approach with focus on HVAC Ability to lift 50 lbs.
